Latinissimo Dancers dominate again!

Gian_Masha_dropWhat a great weekend it was for Latinissimo dancers! Over the weekend - Saturday 16 October - the 2010 New Zealand Salsa Nationals were held at the Telstra Clear Events Centre in Manukau. Latinissimo dancers dominated the competition by securing 4x placing in the 5 categories, an unprecedented achievement - once again!

  • CHAMPIONS - Professional Category (Gian & Masha)
  • CHAMPIONS - Amateur Category (Alyx & Tania)
  • CHAMPIONS - Intermediate Category (Enrique & Deepika)
  • 1st Runner-up - Team Category (Latinissimo B-Team)
  • Finalist - top 5 - Beginners Category (Adrian & Susie)

Final note: Unfortunately, Latinissimo was not able to go out in full force for the competition this year. Latinissimo A-Team was not able to compete to defend their title due to some unforseen circumstances. However, the A-Team will be back...!
